Like a job board, this Accommodation Board is for you to connect with one another, as you plan your own accommodation for the 2019 General Meeting. Below is a list of local hotels, sorted by distance from Langley Event Centre. The PMR is not affiliated to any of these hotels, nor are there special rates (unfortunately hotels in area wanted a fairly large room commitment for what sometimes would amount to only $10 off).

I can offer a sofa bed for one person in the living room of my apartment which houses two adults, a child and two cats.
I live 20-30 minutes from the venue and can drive you.
Hi Tim
I’m from Nelson and would appreciate your couch and your offer to drive.
Let me know. Thx!
Hi Linda Mae,
Sorry for the delay in responding. The offer still stands however a small complication has arisen: I am having surgery on May 13. Whether I am still attending and thus driving you will depend on the speed of my recovery.
My wife has kindly offered to drive you instead if that happens, although you may be slightly late.
This forum keeps eating my responses. Short answer: yes. Please email me at bowmantimothyr@gmail.com
Hi Tim,
I’ve emailed you and replied to some other offers. Will let you know how it goes.
Linda Mae
Is your sofa bed still vacant, Tim?
I am looking for my own room. I am allergic to all pets. If you have two spare rooms, my friend is also interested.
Looking for a place to sleep Thursday, Friday, Saturday…thanks!
You are welcome to stay in our guest room in South Surrey, about 1/2 hour from the event centre. We have a cat. I’ll be driving in each day.
Hi! Looking for a place to stay for the Conference. I may be getting Commissioned at the Conference so will need a little space (a room) for preparation. Love bets and kids but don’t drive so will either need a ride or it must be on a bus route. Thanks so much!
Hi Melanie, Just left a message (which doesn’t seem to be appearing on the message board) but I am willing to book and share the cost of a one bedroom hotel room. I can drive us. Please reply to buildingblocksed@shaw.ca if interested in details,
Donna
Hi Folks!
I am disappointed that they are not offering the arranged billeting this time. I am looking for a place to stay for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Thanks!
Hi Mandy, I have a bedroom available, if you’re okay with a pup in the house. I can also transport you/us to the event. Our house is also non-smoking. 778-580-7582 (talk/text)
my email is minister.tfairfield@gmail.com
I’m from Fernie and looking for a billet, please.
I, too, am looking for a place to stay. I will need someplace for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. That said I am willing to arrange and share a hotel room and will have my own transportation so could drive.
I have offered my room to someone else, but if they don’t need it, you can stay with me, and I’ll offer transportation for each day as well (since i’ll be attending everything). Talk/text at 778-580-7582
my email is minister.tfairfield@gmail.com
I am a single senior living in a condo – no pets. I have a bedroom (queen bed suitable for a couple, a single, or two singles who don’t mind sharing) with a private bathroom. I am in Port Coquitlam which is about a 30 minute drive so your own transportation is needed.
Barbara. I am a single senior from Westbank and wonder if your room is still available
Yes it is. The best way for me to communicate is through email. jtrobertson@telus.net.
I live in a Port Coquitlam house with an extra bed and bathroom….not registered but wouldn’t mind providing transportation…not far from Barbara Robertson’s so maybe carpooling could happen?
Do you still have a billet available, Syd? I don’t have transport, so your offer to drive would be perfect – thanks! My email is bl@cksmith.ca
yes Sandra, my offer still stands. I will email you
Thanks, Syd – much appreciated. I’ll book my flight now!
The ‘Reply’ function doesn’t seem to be working. Linda Mae, please contact me at bowmantimothyr@gmail.com for more details.
Sandra, unfortunately not if Linda Mae still wants it.
Thanks anyway, Tim. Linda’s comment wasn’t visible when I asked the question. The website is moderated, so there is a time delay.
Hi folks,
I’ve responded to a couple of people directly, but I’ll post here. I have a room in a house that has a puppy, but we are non-smoking. I can offer transportation (from Coquitlam) to the event for every day, as I’m attending the full event. Let me know if you’re interested.
