A Note for Ministry Personnel
Please consider this your personal invitation to come a day early to the Annual General Meeting location, to gather with colleagues, me, and Growth Animator Rev. Scott Reynolds, to explore how we are called to minister and lead in this time and place, post-pandemic.
How can we support one another in the challenging work of ministry leadership today? What do we want to lament, and what do we want to ask God’s blessings on? How did you embrace ministry during the pandemic, and what did you learn?
Deep Dive will be a time of community, discernment, and celebration, and I hope you can join me! Click for the Schedule Overview and click to register online for Deep Dive.

Children and Youth Teens Program at AGM
You’re invited to inspired and encourage children and young teens from your community of faith to join you in attending the AGM!
Please help get this information to parents and caregivers in your community of faith. Make sure they know about any funds your church has to help them attend the AGM.
All are welcome!
- The region’s First Third Ministry staff and volunteers are excited to welcome people who are 8 to 14 years old to CYT@AMG (Children & Young Teens at Annual General Meeting)!
The CYT@AGM is not an overnight program!
- This First Third Ministry program follows the same hours as the general meeting schedule. At the end of each day, CYT participants are reunited with their Parent/Guardian or Sponsor, who they remain in the care of until the next day’s First Third Ministry check-in time.
CYT@AMG program includes time in the Annual General Meeting plenary!
- During CYT Program Time, participants will share activities, build community, and learn about the United Church in both age-specific streams (Children’s Stream / Young Teens Stream) and as a whole group.
- During AGM Plenary Time, CYT participants will be in the main meeting room of the general meeting called ‘plenary’, to share in worship, learning, and celebrations of the Pacific Mountain Regional Council.
