Important Alert Regarding AGM 2024 Registration Errors

Dear Friends,

We’ve heard that the online registration for Annual General Meeting 2024 has been a bit, ahem, extra. If you are attending the AGM this year (In-Person or Online – Registration is required for both), please take a moment to:

Confirm You Are Registered, As You Expect To Be

  1. Log into your Amilia Account.
  2. Check ‘Purchases‘ under the ‘My Account‘ menu.

You should see an Activity title starting “Pacific Mountain Region – Council Gatherings – AGM 2024 “Connecting, Collaborating, Cultivating …” under your name (and others who are part of your household, if applicable).

  • If you see the Activity under your Activity, you are all set! No further action is needed.
  • If you don’t see it, you are NOT registered for the general meeting, and action is needed.

Online Registration for PMRC AGM 2024

  1. Ensure your browser allows Pop-ups (click for generic how-to instructions).
  2. Plan to take 15 – 20 minutes to complete your registration. Though the form is short, this will give you lots of time to read each prompt.
  3. Log into your Amilia Account.
  4. Open the AGM 2024 ‘Connecting, Collecting, Collaborating’ session.
  5. Choose the Activity you want to Register for:
  6. Add Person, complete the information requested, confirm address, and click “Continue My Purchase” until you see the confirmation message in green like this:

Confirmation
Your order has been successfully completed.
Invoice Number: xxxxxxx
Date: x/xx/2024

Email Confirmation

You will also be emailed an ‘Invoice‘ from ‘Chinook Winds & Pacific Mountain Regions UCCan‘. If you did not get the Invoice email, check your Bulk/ Junk/ Other folders and your Purchases in your Amilia account. Rev. Michelle Slater is exporting registered names and emails from Amilia to upload them to our Online AGM Event site, Whova. You’ll get an email from Michelle when it’s time for you to Sign In to Whova to join the AGM Whova Event!

PPS. If this is your first time using Whova, you will need to sign up for a Whova Account. Please sign up the same email address that you register for the AGM with.
