Hello dear GM2023 Attendees – Online and In-person alike!
Regional staff, the incredible Planning & Agenda and Worship & Theme volunteer teams (along with their Youth, partners and other fans) have been on site since 9am today, preparing for your arrivals! Some of them were around for the photo above, which also shows the entrance to Building E. We are blessed and grateful for the opportunity to gather as our regional council, and for all the faithful service and presence so many are offering to bring this 5th Annual General Meeting into being!
For those coming In-Person:
- Please see the image below for our WIFI access while on site at UFV.
- Parking Lot 10 is directly in front of Building E. Park anywhere! And then add your license plate to the list with the Welcome Squad. For those gathering Online:
- Whova Experience Host, Michelle Slater, is testing and activating all the access links for Whova
- Remember to log into Whova with the email you provided in your GM registration!
- Once logged in, click on AGENDA > Opening Music Gathering, View Session (which starts at 5:45pm Pacific/ 6:45 Mountain)
And for those of you reading this though not attending the general meeting, please hold the gathering community, including the conference hosts (University of the Fraser Valley) and the audio visual company in your prayers, and join Sunday’s Celebration of Ministry via YouTube Live-Stream!
