Fraser UCW Gathering/Annual Meeting

In-Person at 2315 Spring St., Port Moody BC

Presenter: Vera Wong, Recreation Lead and Outreach, Adult Cognitive Wellness Centre, Langley, BC.

We look after our bodies by walking, running, attending exercise classes, and participating in sports. What do we do for our brain other than doing cross word puzzles and Sudoku? Through music and movement, Vera will demonstrate how to improve our cognitive skills.

Church Description: Inlet United Church is a unique building. Its structure is not like a traditional church. At 2315 Spring Street it looks like an office building in dark colors. It is opposite a row of yellow townhouses.

Parking: Streets have timed parking. It is recommended to drop off passengers at the Church entrance. Drivers should proceed to the Moody Centre sky train station at 18 Clarke, park and then walk 15 minutes back to the Church. There is a plan to provide a shuttle for drivers.

Lunch: please bring a bag lunch. Beverage and dessert will be provided.

Offering: free will offering will be donated to Camp Naramata, a refuge for families fleeing the wild fires.
