2022 GM Travel Claim Policy – Updated PDF

The 2022 GM Travel Claim Policy is now ready for our upcoming Annual General Meeting, June 9-12th, 2022. The GM is in-person in Prince George, with an online option for those who require it.
The purpose of this Policy is to balance the desire to ensure finances are not a barrier to participation in the 2022 General Meeting while also carefully stewarding the costs of this large event. Members, Children, and Youth travelling from a distance will be reimbursed at the lowest cost of transportation, according to the chart detailed in the 2022 GM Travel Claim Policy. Meals, Accommodation and Mileage details are included in this Policy as well.
