Calling All on the Affirming Path!
We are quickly approaching the Pride season, where festivals, picnics, marches, and parades are scheduled as summer celebrations of the 2SLGBTTQIA+ community. We must never forget, that these are also protests, places of solidarity and accountability, as well as activism and relationship-building. Are you ready to show up and march? Would you like to host a United Church booth at the pride festival in your local area? We have put together a toolkit for Affirming Ministry at Pride this year, it contains pride stickers, pronoun stickers, hand-held flags, posters, information and buttons.
