Request or Provide More Information
Does the Archives hold more information on my family members?
Although we have published as many records as possible, given provincial legislation and church policy, there may be additional records relating to your family member within our holdings.
For more information, contact the Regional Archivist.
How can I order high resolution images?
Please provide the source information and/or the citation for the images (as found below) when ordering images or asking for information about an image.
The images on this site are of a low resolution; you may download or print any images free of charge. Please cite the images if using them elsewhere so that others will know where the original photographs or register entries came from. A standard citation contains the image reference code, the title of the image, the date, and the Archives that holds the original:

*The square brackets in the above example are sometimes used in archival descriptions; when you see square brackets this means that there was no information written on the image, or has been redacted per provincial privacy legislation, and that information is supplied by the archives based on supporting documents.
If you require a high-resolution copy for publication or display, please contact the Archives for an Archives Usage Agreement and any related fees.
How can I request that an image be taken down?
If you have concerns about any of the images on the catalogue, whether it be for privacy, copyright, or other reasons, please contact the Regional Archivist to help determine if the image should be taken down.
I have more information about an image
If you can help identify people, places, or the broader context for an image, please contact the Regional Archivist, who can update the catalogue. Personal information falling within the restriction period prescribed by B.C. legislation will not be published on the catalogue; the Archives will maintain the information internally, so that family members may gain access.
