Land Wealth Empowers Ministry Riches

Friends,

It is truly wonderful to highlight 2021’s significant investments in regional council ministries, due to funds made available from property redevelopment and community of faith life changes. This is an affirmation of the church alive and thriving, rooted in a legacy of faithful stewardship and embracing forward-thinking visioning. Thanks be to God!

Aldergrove United channeled $351,477 to Camp Spirit.

Broad View United channeled $200k into campus ministry, including supporting the Campus Ministry position at University of Northern BC in Prince George.

St Andrew’s-Wesley channeled $500K to Camp Spirit, $100K to campus ministry including funding an upcoming Campus Minister position at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, and $500k to the Residential School Reconciliation Fund.

If you’re a community of faith entering into life change conversations (redevelopment, selling, amalgamation, etc), your community may feel called to use your land wealth to support regional council Ends too. Information and discernment support is available to you. Please connect with the Regional Ministers, or us, to find out more.

With Celebration,

Treena Duncan, Executive Minister  & Blair Odney, President
Pacific Mountain Regional Council
