The Pacific Mountain Region is seeking two new members to join our Investment Advisory Council — a volunteer group that provides stewardship and guidance for more than $70 million held in trust to support the mission and ministries of our Region and many United Church communities.
This is a unique opportunity to use your gifts in financial stewardship to support the life and work of the church now and for future generations. Our investments help fund ministry, social impact initiatives, property development, justice work, and community outreach across our Region.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have experience or strong interest in investing or financial stewardship
- Can offer thoughtful leadership rooted in United Church values
- Care about responsible, ethical, and mission-aligned investing
- Are able to attend four virtual meetings per year (about 2 hours each)
You do not need to be a finance professional — familiarity with investing and a desire to learn and contribute are what matter most.
