September 22 – Treaty Day: Sharing Our Treaty Story

Come share in the tellings of your Treaty Story, or hear those of others. Online, via Zoom. 6pm Pacific / 7pm Mountain. Register at this link

September 30 – Truth and Reconciliation Day Commemoration

We commemorate this Truth and Reconciliation Day with a moment of silence for those who died in the Residential School genocide. Online, via Youtube. 11am Pacific / 12pm Mountain. Service will be live at this link.

September 30 – Truth and Reconciliation Day: Interdenominational Clergy Panel

We welcome Indigenous Clergy members of other faith traditions to speak about their experience of reconciliation within their denominations and the work ahead. Online via Zoom. Registration is through this link.

October 1 – Sisters in Spirit Day: Wellness Workshop

In person in the Chinook Winds region, a wellness workshop open to all Indigenous women who experience grief, anxiety and mourning for those lost to MMIWG2S+ violence and genocide. Register here.

October 1 – Sisters in Spirit Day: Memorial Service

We remember our Sisters in Spirit who have been lost to hate, intolerance, domestic violence, abuse and murder in our community, and pray for action to end this genocide. Online via Zoom. 1pm Pacific / 2pm Mountain. Register through this link.

October 4 – Sisters in Spirit Day

Sisters in Spirit Day honours MMIWG2S+ and shows support for their loved ones as we work together to end this genocide. Please watch for local vigils and events in your area and choose to participate in them.
