Annual General Meeting
Thursday June 9th to Sunday June 12th
at the Prince George Conference Centre
as visitors on the land of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation
808 Canada Games Way, Prince George BC, V2L 5T6
- First Third Ministry will be offering an engaging program for Children and Youth at the General Meeting. This program will converge with the larger General Meeting community throughout the meeting, as well as have time in age-specific gatherings. Pre-registration is required for those who want to participate in the Children and Youth First Third Ministry General Meeting programs.
- Welcome table and Registration for all Attendees will be Thursday afternoon, June 9th
- The meeting will open in the early evening, June 9th
- Closing of the meeting will be Saturday evening, June 11th
- Celebration of Ministry Worship Service will be Sunday morning, June 12th
Very Basic GM 2022 Travel & Accommodation Information

- 100% of travel for the Children & Youth who are attending (must register) the First Third Ministry program is paid for by the regional council
- Accommodation for children and youth registering for the First Third Ministry General Meeting Program is NOT provided and is NOT payed for (meaning, accommodation for First Third Ministry program children and youth must be arranged and paid for by their grown ups / guardians).
- 100% of Delegate travel is paid for by the regional council for those attending the General Meeting as Delegates
- Delegate accommodation is NOT paid for by the regional council. Booking accommodation is the responsibility of the Delegates

Regional council staff and the GM Planning Teams will be providing GM 2022 information by email and on the PacificMountain.ca website. Please be sure to keep a look out for our General Meeting communications in the coming weeks.
