Since COVID, our community of faith has welcomed new people, primarily under the age of forty.  The Minister of Community Life will engage and integrate newcomers into KUC, especially working with young families and the Twentysomething group (average of 12 at a gathering).   This will be done through encouraging faith formation, engaging children, youth, and young adults in the Christian faith and working with the Camp Grafton society.

Pastoral care will be shared with the Lead Minister, and it is expected that the Minister of Community of Life will assume the duties of the Lead Minister when they are absent.  This person will assist in weekly worship.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, relates well to all ages, enjoys working with a team and is willing to explore new and innovative ways of being a faith community.
