Summer Events Coordinator
Are you looking for meaningful work that directly and positively impacts your life and others? Do you like working in community, with food, with plants, with kids, and/or with stuffed animals?
Our Summer Events Coordinator (Education Outreach Program Coordinator) will work as part of a team comprised of staff, church and community volunteers who welcome individuals to St. Andrew’s United Church in North Vancouver, near Lions Gate Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
The position is dependent on funding from the Canada Summer Jobs youth program, which means there are specific requirements. Applicants must be between the ages of 15 and 30, and international students aren’t eligible for this position.
Remuneration & Hours
- Full-time
- Contract position
- Wage: $23/ hour
- Hours: 30 hours weekly (occasional evenings and weekends required)
- In-person
- Start Date: Monday May 12, 2025
- End Date: Friday August 29, 2025
