I am very excited to announce that Ron Heifetz will be joining us as theme speaker for our upcoming General Meeting. Ron’s book “Leadership without Easy Answers” is the foundation on which LeaderShift was built. His work has been formative in my approach to supporting leaders in this region.
As we approached this year’s online regional meeting, I was aware of the challenge of leadership in these times, and really wanted to make this meeting something special. We have been called to lead in very challenging circumstances at this time in the life of the church, and those challenges have been amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The gift of an online meeting is that it has offered us the opportunity to bring someone to you who can support and inform your practice of leadership, that we could not have offered in an in-person context. Ron’s experience and expertise will remind us of things we already know, and teach us new ways of engaging as we find our way “Beyond the Wilderness”.
