Liminal seasons invite us to shift out of rational decision-making mode and into a more discerning mindset. Discernment is an attentiveness to God that\, over time\, develops into a shared sense of God’s intention for us and our community now. DESCRIPTION:VST will hold its 2022 convocation in person this year!  We are thrilled to hold this in-the-flesh celebration at Christ Church Cathedral\, May 10 at 7 p.m. (690 Burrard St\, Vancouver\, BC V6C 2L1). While last year’s double online convocation for the classes of 2020 and 2021 was wonderful and unique in the history of the school\, this year we will be together to enjoy each other’s company in the beautiful sanctuary of Christ Church Cathedral. \nOur speaker for the event will be Dr. Elin Kelsey\, author of Hope Matters: Why Changing the Way we Think is Critical to Solving the Environmental Crisis.  She is  a scholar\, speaker\, educator and award-winning author. Over 40 graduates will receive degrees and diplomas.  We will acknowledge The Rev Germaine Lovelace\, winner of the President’s 2022 Thoughtful\, Engaged and Generous (TEG) Christian Leader Award.  You are most welcome to attend this joyous occasion. \nMore details are available at VST’s website.
