DESCRIPTION:This 2-day\, in depth course is for adults who interact with youth and people of all ages at church\, school\, activities\, social services\, in families\, with friends and in community. Course content covers the four most common mental health disorders\, including substance related\, mood related\, anxiety and trauma related\, and psychotic disorders. Course participants leave well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with young people\, and those of all ages\, in their lives. \nThis event takes place on the territory of the Coast Salish first nations.
