We’ll do some thinking together\, to discern ways for ongoing support\, gatherings\, and connections that best serve lay leaders in their roles and settings. \nImportant insight and learning came from the Pacific Mountain region’s Lay Leadership Support Survey responses\, and hosting an intentional gathering for lay leaders was identified as a top priority. The Lay Leadership Support Team (LLST) seeks to strengthen connections with and among lay leaders in communities of faith in our regional council.
