DESCRIPTION:Join book club facilitators Rev Graham Brownmiller and Rev Deb Walker\, and a small group of other young adults four Thursday evenings in April. Registration is open now\, and the book study is free. If you have your own copy of the book\, or can borrow a copy\, you’re all set. If you need a free copy sent to you by the First Third Ministry Team\, let us know in the registration form. \nBraiding Sweetgrass\, Indigenous Wisdom\, Scientific Knowledge and the Teachings of Plants – an extraordinary book written by Robin Wall Kimmerer – asserts that plant life has been our oldest teachers\, and continue to teach us about life\, beauty\, hardship and change. Robin covers issues about language\, colonization\, purpose\, and sustainability.
